Hotels will do their best to honor all requests; specific rooms are assigned upon check-in, based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to wvc@experient-inc.com by January 19, 2012. After January 19, 2012, all cancellations must be made directly with the hotels. Please note if you do not cancel your reservation within 48 hours of arrival and/or do not arrive at the hotel on your expected check-in date, the first night’s deposit will be charged to your credit card on the night of your expected arrival and your entire reservation will be canceled.
Hotel Scam Notice
Western Veterinary Conference wants you to be aware of a scam, where someone calls or faxes you, pretending to be an “official WVC lodging coordinator.” The WVC does not solicit “special offer” lodging reservations via telephone or fax. WVC’s official housing partner is Experient, Inc. All lodging reservations are to be made directly through our official housing partner either via the WVC website or by downloading the housing form and mailing or faxing it into Experient, Inc. We suggest you do not provide credit card information to anyone other than the WVC’s official housing partner. Disclosure of Hotel Commissions
WVC receives a small commission from two designated Conference hotels. Monies received as commission are directed toward Conference expenses and help keep WVC meeting fees the lowest in the nation.
